And that’s far from insignificant! It’s a brilliantly clever reference to Executive Order 6102 of 5 April 1933 (when Roosevelt banned private ownership of gold in the United States) and to 1975, the year that ban was finally lifted!! 51 years old today… or at least, that’s what the legend says (5 April 2011 is also the anniversary of my discovery of Bitcoin and the birth of my first son.
