There are watermarks on these photos. Do these bother anyone? The issue with watermarks is where do you stop? We want to make sure graffiti writers get respect but also that photographers get credit. ALSO, these photos we published do not clearly have writers/artists listed and these photos are more of archaelogy project. Curators Question: How do we improve the archive is the question? Should we not accept watermarks, or accept and then we can remove the watermarks with software. Also, right now we rely upon people, dominantly writers with memory are on Instagram right now and NOT hanging out on graffiti.org or emailing us. Another approach would be to use Ai technology to help understand what is in photos of graffiti, and who possibly is listed. Any feedback here?
